DBT Skills

The University of Oregon Psychology clinic offers DBT skills to community members since October of 2016. Skills groups are run by clinical psychology graduate students who are directly supervised by Dr. Zalewski. Dr. Zalewski received training at the University of Washington, with Dr. Linehan. As such, we believe in administering highly adherent Skills groups, using the recently published 2nd edition DBT Skills manual and workbook. All doctoral level therapists sit on a weekly consultation team with Dr. Zalewski. Clients must have an individual therapist in the community or can potentially be seen within our clinic (the individual therapy is most likely to be based in cognitive behavior therapy).
